  •  Antoaneta does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions, illnesses, or diseases. The practitioner makes no claims regarding specific health improvements or results. Clients are encouraged to consult with their primary healthcare provider or another licensed medical professional for the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions.
  • By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any decisions related to your health and well-being. You agree to take personal responsibility for any actions taken as a result of the complementary therapies provided. The practitioner is not liable for any injuries, harm, or adverse effects that may arise during or after therapy.
  • The Emotion Code® and Nutritional Consultation are complementary therapies and should never substitute professional medical care from a licensed physician or mental health professional.
  • The results of the sessions are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person.
  • All information shared during the therapy sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law. 
  • Clients are advised to seek medical attention from a licensed healthcare provider for any physical or mental health concerns. Complementary therapies should not be used as a substitute for conventional medical treatment, diagnosis, or care. Antoaneta does not provide medical advice or prescriptions.
  • You confirm that you have been informed of the nature of the services provided, including any potential side effects or risks. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that you have had the opportunity to ask any questions regarding the treatment or therapy.
  • By participating in any of the complementary therapy services offered, you agree to release [Antoaneta/HelpMeToHeal] from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may result from the use of the services. This includes but is not limited to, any physical, emotional, psychological, or other forms of harm that may occur.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Antoaneta/HelpMeToHeal] from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services provided.
  • By booking and attending a session, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms, please feel free to ask before proceeding with any therapy session.

    • Payment and Cancellation Policies

    1. Payments: All services provided by Antoaneta must be paid for in advance, or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash. Once your appointment has been booked and completed, there are no refunds.

    2. Booking, Cancelling, and Re-Scheduling: We understand that life happens and schedules change. However, due to the nature of complementary therapies, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cannot make your appointment time then please reschedule online so that another appointment can be arranged and credited. There are no refunds for canceled appointments.   

    3. Prices: Prices are subject to change. Prepaid services will be honored.   

    4. No Shows: Clients who do not show up for their in-person session without notifying Antoaneta will be charged for that missed session. You must pay for this missed session prior to receiving your next session.   
     
    5. In cases of emergency or illness, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling. However, late cancellations or no-shows will still be subject to the outlined cancellation fees.

    6. Due to the nature of the services offered, all payments are non-refundable unless the session is canceled by Antoaneta in exceptional circumstances. If a service is not provided as agreed, you may request a full refund.

    7. Antoaneta Nikolova has the right to refuse a booked service if she deems so.

    8. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this payment and cancellation policy.
